At Suthri, we are committed to providing a safe and transparent shopping experience. If something doesn’t work out, you can return/exchange the item by referring to the policy below:

1. Eligibility & Request Window

• Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exclusions: Customized garments, Final Sale items are not eligible for refund unless a manufacturing defect is present.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are non-returnable but can be exchanged for a different size of the same style, subject to availability.

• Once approved, we will provide our return address in Delhi.

3. Returns & Store Credit

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Store Credit: Once your return is received and approved, you can be issued Store Credit equal to the purchase value (minus shipping/handling fees). This credit is valid for your next purchase with us.

4. Shipping & Handling Charges

• Return Shipping: The cost of sending the item back to our Delhi studio is the responsibility of the customer.
• Reverse Pickup Fee: If you request us to arrange the pickup, a flat fee of ₹120 will be deducted from your store credit or refund amount.
• Heavy Items: For heavier items, like jackets or multiple items - pickup charges range between ₹250–₹350 based on courier rates.

5. Partial COD Orders

• Advance Payment: For Cash on Delivery, we require a 10% advance payment before dispatch.
• Handling Fee: A non-refundable ₹150 handling fee applies to all COD orders.
• Refusal: If a COD order is refused at the doorstep, the 10% advance payment is non-refundable.

7. International Orders

• We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. We encourage you to review our size guide carefully or reach out to our team on WhatsApp for personalized sizing assistance before ordering.
