Returns & Refunds: You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Simply reach out to us via WhatsApp at +91 8287994903 or email hello.suthri@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide our return address in Delhi.
To be eligible, items must be:Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.In original packaging with all tags intact.Not a customized or made-to-order piece.Note: Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
Reverse Pickup: If you request us to arrange the pickup, a flat fee of ₹120 will be deducted from your store credit or refund.
We offer refunds in 7-10 business days back to the original payment method. Once your return is received and passes inspection, we will issue Store Credit or refund equal to the purchase value. This credit can be used toward any future purchase at Suthri.
Items purchased during a Final Sale are non-returnable. However, they can be exchanged for a different size of the same style, subject to stock availability.
Yes, we offer Complete COD for your convenience. Please note:A non-refundable handling fee of ₹120 applies to all COD orders.If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, future COD privileges for that account will be restricted.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the hand-block printing or cutting process has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
Please notify us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear images. We will prioritize a replacement or issue full store credit to resolve the issue.
Currently, all international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of India.
