Our Story
" Timeless clothing, rooted in Indian craft."
Suthri began in 2025 with a simple belief—that the clothes we live in should feel as beautiful as the moments we wear them for.
Founded by Sahil and Akansha, Suthri grew from countless days spent between the fabric markets of Delhi and the block-printing workshops of Jaipur. What started as a search for beautifully made everyday clothing slowly became an obsession with hand block printing, thoughtful design, and the people who keep these traditions alive.
Today, we create dresses, separates, and everyday pieces that are made slowly, worn often, and loved for years. Every print is block printed by hand. Every garment is thoughtfully cut, carefully finished, and produced in small batches because we believe good clothing deserves time.
DESIGN
We don't design for seasons.We design for the woman who wants to open her wardrobe years from now and still reach for the same dress.
Our silhouettes are relaxed without feeling oversized, feminine without feeling precious, and timeless without feeling ordinary. We spend months refining proportions, fabrics, and finishes so that every piece feels effortless from the first wear to the hundredth.

Craft
Craft isn't something we source. It's something we seek.
Long before a collection begins, we're on the road—travelling through villages and artisan clusters that rarely appear on a Google search. We spend time with craftspeople, understanding their process and the traditions they've inherited over generations.
From Jaipur to Kutch, we work closely with artisans to develop original prints, refine colourways, and shape fabrics long before we begin designing the clothes themselves.
Because we believe every garment should begin with the hands that make its fabric.
OUR PROMISE
We believe clothing should respect both the person who makes it and the person who wears it.
That's why we work in small batches, pay fairly, avoid unnecessary waste wherever possible, and focus on quality over quantity. We choose natural, breathable fabrics, offer inclusive sizing and customisations, and build garments meant to become part of your everyday life—not just your wardrobe.
